Heartland Communications staff recently worked with the SanteeTV to create the below video. This joint project was put together in effort to educate the public on what happens inside the walls of Heartland Communication’s fire and medical dispatch facility. HCFA is made up of many, diverse, dedicated staff members that work as a team to serve and protect our community.
