Operations Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages emergency service dispatching within the 911 Communications Center.

• Oversees staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, evaluations, operations coordination, and administrative tasks.

• Handles personnel issues and ensures smooth center operations.

• Works directly with fire agency Chief Officers on operational updates and assignments.

New Apparatus / Update Apparatus Form

Form for central zone personnel to request apparatus changes in the CAD. Can be used for adding new apparatus or updating existing.
