Operations Key Responsibilities
Supervises and manages emergency service dispatching within the 911 Communications Center.
Oversees staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, evaluations, operations coordination, and administrative tasks.
Handles personnel issues and ensures smooth center operations.
Works directly with fire agency Chief Officers on operational updates and assignments.
New Apparatus / Update Apparatus Form
Form for central zone personnel to request apparatus changes in the CAD. Can be used for adding new apparatus or updating existing.
Response Plan Change Form
Form for central zone personnel to submit CAD response plan changes.
