HCFA Dispatchers Assist in CPR Training for 8th Graders
Eighth-grade students at Lakeside and Tierra del Sol Middle Schools recently took part in hands-on CPR training, led by local school nurses and the Lakeside Fire Protection District. This life-saving initiative aimed to empower students with the skills and confidence to act in emergencies, inspired in part by a recent heroic CPR response at El Capitan High School. Heartland Dispatchers Kim G. and Hannah C. proudly participated in the event, assisting Lakeside firefighters in demonstrating proper techniques and supporting student engagement. Their involvement highlights the vital role dispatchers play in community preparedness and public safety.
