HCFA Connects with Community at Alpine Fire Open House
Strong partnerships are at the heart of effective public safety. Heartland Communications Facility Authority (HCFA) was proud to join the Alpine Fire Protection District for its 32nd Annual Open House, bringing together two important partners dedicated to serving and protecting the Alpine community.
Dispatcher Elisa represented HCFA at the event, connecting with families and community members while helping showcase the important relationship between emergency dispatch and the first responders we work alongside every day. From the moment a 9-1-1 call is answered to the arrival of firefighters and other first responders, effective communication and teamwork are essential to providing a coordinated emergency response.
The open house offered a great opportunity for HCFA and Alpine Fire personnel to connect with residents outside of an emergency setting. Kids enjoyed stopping by the HCFA booth for stickers, coloring pages, and other giveaways, while families had the chance to meet the people behind the emergency response system.
Thank you to Alpine Fire Protection District for inviting HCFA to be part of this special community event, to FCD Elisa for representing our dispatch center and capturing photos, and to everyone who stopped by to say hello.
HCFA is proud to stand alongside Alpine Fire and our other partner agencies—not only during emergencies, but every day as members of the communities we serve.
