HCFA Welcomes New Management Analyst

We are excited to welcome Diana Griffiths to the Heartland Communication team as our new Management Analyst (Administration)! Diana will be replacing our current Administration Management Analyst, Valerie Nellis, who is retiring at the end of the year after more than 20 years of service to HCFA.

Diana is a visionary executive leader and a passionate advocate for professional development, organizational transformation, and excellence in leadership. With more than 20 years of experience guiding growth and process improvement in financial services, B2B sales, and strategic planning, she brings a dynamic blend of insight, innovation, and people-centered leadership.

Recognized for her servant leadership style, Diana excels at building high-performing, high-trust teams and cultivating strong partnerships. She has a unique ability to identify individual strengths, foster collaboration, and align people around purpose-driven strategies that elevate organizational performance.

Diana is a high-honors graduate of the Western CUNA Management School at the Claremont Colleges, with a focus on Executive Leadership. She also studied Sociology at UC San Diego and completed additional leadership development programs through the Brady School of Management.
