HCFA Admin represents at IAAP Summit 2026

Management Analyst Diana Griffiths and Administrative Assistant Jette Hartley recently attended the 2026 IAAP Summit in Los Angeles, joining administrative professionals from across the globe for four days of education, innovation, and collaboration. This was the first year that HCFA was able to attend the IAAP Summit!

Hosted by the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), the summit focused on developing leadership skills, improving workplace efficiency, and exploring emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. Through educational sessions, hands-on workshops, and collaborative networking opportunities, Diana and Jette gained practical tools and fresh perspectives that will help strengthen daily operations, support HCFA's mission, and enhance the services provided to our staff and member agencies.
