Rex A. Named Dispatcher of the Year!

Each year, Heartland Communications proudly honors one exceptional telecommunicator with the Dispatcher of the Year Award. This honor is given to the individual who is nominated by their peers within the ECC to be recognized for their dedication to public safety, professionalism within the workplace, and individual contributions to make HCFA better. Since the establishment of this award in 2022, Dispatcher of the Year symbolizes appreciation and excellence for those who go above and beyond in their service to the community.
